Insurance premiums are paid directly to the insurance providers. Goldtrust acts as a consultancy and does not collect premiums on behalf of insurance companies.

2.3 Payment Methods

• Bank transfer to our designated UAE bank account
• Cash payments at our Dubai office
• Credit/Debit card payments (where applicable)
• Digital payment platforms as specified

2.4 Payment Schedule

Payment for services is typically due upon completion of service or as agreed upon in writing.

3.1 Information Collection

We collect personal information necessary to provide our consultancy services, including but not limited to name, contact details, employment information, and insurance requirements.

Goldtrust Insurance Consultancy Services FZCO acts as a consultancy service. We provide advice and guidance but are not liable for decisions made by insurance providers or for any claims that may be denied by insurance companies. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our consultancy services.
